Neighborhood Mission
The mission of The United Methodist Church is to “make disciples for Jesus Christ.” The fundamental way we fulfill our mission is to: •Reach out to people in the name of Jesus Christ; Relate people to GOD; • •Nurture and strengthen them in their journey of discipleship, • •Send them into the world to be the church – inviting and receiving others in the name of Jesus Christ.

–To bring people to Jesus; to train and educate them and send them out as disciples.
–To live by the example of Jesus Christ.
–To be an example for Jesus Christ.
–To share the Good News with others.
–To save souls by worshipping, ministering, evangelizing, baptizing and teaching
